"Quick checkout, confirmation came through fast"
I ordered from 18Montrose and, the checkout was nice and straightforward, which I appreciated because I don’t have much patience for faffing around with online orders. The confirmation email came through pretty much straight away too, so I wasn’t left sitting there wondering if the order had actually gone through.
I’m giving 4 stars for now because I haven’t had the item long enough to say much more about it yet. So far everything seems fine, and if the delivery goes smoothly without any messing about, I’d be happy to use them again.

"Exchange was easy enough, but still kind of annoying"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size the first time, which was frustrating because of course that meant I had to deal with sending it back. The exchange process itself was straightforward and didn’t turn into a huge hassle, thankfully. It did take a few days longer than I was hoping, which was a bit annoying, but customer service did reply and kept things moving. The new one finally arrived and I’m happy with it, so it worked out in the end

"For some reason, the shoes just felt off"
For some reason, these shoes didn’t feel quite right to me. I can’t say for sure, but they just didn’t seem like they were genuine. Something about the fit and overall feel made me question them

I requested my refund a few weeks ago, and I’m still waiting. After the first week, I reached out to support, and they just told me to be patient. I checked in again later, but it was basically the same response. At this point, it’s been way longer than I expected, and the whole thing has been frustrating.

I ordered from 18montrose once and my item did show up, so I wouldn’t call it a scam or anything like that. The product was fine when it arrived, but the updates were slow and I kept having to check my emails to figure out what was going on. To be honest, if a company takes your money, I think it’s only right that they keep you properly informed. Overall, it seems legit, but the whole process could definitely be smoother and more transparent...

I ordered from 18montrose and the delivery ended up being way later than the estimate. The tracking barely moved for days, so I was just sitting there with no real idea where my parcel was or if it was even coming in time.
When I contacted customer service, it felt like I was being passed around and given the same basic replies without anyone actually helping. I needed the item for a trip, so it was really frustrating. I probably wouldn’t order again if timing mattered.

I was trying to order a few things, but everything I liked in my size is out of stock. The annoying part is the site still show them like they’re available, so I wasted time clicking around.

"Quick help when I needed it"
and I ordered a jacket from 18Montrose and ran into a small issue where the tracking just wasn’t updating.
I emailed customer service and they replied the same day, which I really appreciated. They looked into it and sent over the correct info without making the whole thing a hassle.
The delivery did take a little longer than I’d hoped, so it wasn’t perfect, but the support was quick and helpful. I’d still use them again.

The checkout process was a mess. My card got charged, but the order page froze and I never got a real confirmation, which was stressful. Support took forever to get back to me too. Not saying it’s a scam, but the whole thing felt way too sketchy and frustrating for me to order from here again.

"Returns feel way harder than they should"
The return process was such a hassle. I followed the online steps, sent the item back, and then just sat there waiting with barely any clear update, which doesn’t seem right, does it?
It took way too long to hear anything back, and trying to get a proper response felt like I was chasing someone who wasn’t really there. The info on the return page also didn’t match what actually happened, so I was left wondering if I’d done something wrong.
I’m still frustrated with how long the whole thing took. Unless 18montrose makes their returns process a lot smoother, I don’t think I’d order from them again

The item didn’t really look like the pictures when it showed up, which was a bit annoying tbh. Not the worst thing ever, but yeah, I expected it to match better.

"packaging was a bit rough"
My order did show up on time, so that was fine, but the packaging wasn’t great.. the box was half crushed and the bag around the item looked like it had been ripped. not what I expected from 18Montrose, they really need to take a bit more care with packing stuff.

"Tracking was So useless"
I ordered from 18montrose and the tracking was all over the place. It kept saying my parcel was still waiting to be picked up, then out of nowhere it switched to Delivered. No proper updates in between or anything. I had No clue where it was for days, which was really annoying and not what you expect at all.

"Pretty easy to use, but a little sluggish"
I used 18montrose for the first time it was straightforward. The site was easy enough to browse, the filters actually did what I needed them to do, and checkout was nice and quick, which is always a win in my book.
That said, a few pages were weirdly slow on my phone, and going back to products felt a bit clunky now and then. Not a major disaster or anything, but mildly irritating. Overall though, I’d say it was a good experience and I’d probably use it again.

"Not enough variety for me"
I’ve browsed 18montrose a few times now, but the selection doesn’t really grab me. A lot of it feels like the same kind of streetwear over and over, and there aren’t enough different styles to keep me interested. Some pieces are definitely nice, but the whole experience feels a bit flat, like there’s no real person there curating it. I’d probably check it more often if there was more variety.

I ordered a jacket from 18montrose.com i’m happy with it. The material feels sturdy, and when I pulled it out of the package I was like, okay good, this actually looks like the photos. Always a small relief, right? The fit is mostly spot on, though maybe just a tiny bit smaller than I expected. Still totally wearable, so not a big deal. My only hesitation is the price — I did have that little “hmm, was this a bit much?” moment — but the quality is definitely there and it feels like something that’ll last
